  1. A Personalized Plan: Your journey begins with a one-on-one consultation. We’ll discuss the areas you’d like to treat, assess the fat layer, and create a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve your desired shape.
  2. Getting Ready: In a private room, the CoolForm™ applicator will be placed on your target area. The device uses a gentle vacuum to draw the tissue in.
  3. The Treatment Session: As the cooling begins, you’ll feel an intense cold sensation for a few minutes. This feeling soon fades as the area becomes numb. Each treatment area takes about 35-60 minutes, during which you can comfortably read, answer emails, or even take a nap.
  4. Post-Treatment Massage: Once the applicator is removed, your clinician will perform a brief, two-minute massage on the treated area. This helps break up the frozen fat cells and improves your final results.
  5. After Your Appointment: You can get back to your day immediately. You might experience some temporary redness, minor swelling, or tingling in the treated area, but this usually resolves within a few days.
